Once a month, I conduct a workshop weekend or a retreat getaway. Workshops are when a yoga studio invites me to teach at their studio, wherever it may be. They sponsor me and promote the event. Attendees are usually from the local area, but everyone is welcome as long as there is room. If you know anyone in an area where I will be giving a workshop and you want them to try yoga, please give them that particular workshop's "contact info."
